Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled; however, once an order has been processed, a 1% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thetechyard.com so we can assist accordingly.
  • We understand that situations may arise where amendments are needed, and we’re committed to helping where possible before fulfillment is completed.

If the Order Has Been Shipped:

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • For such cases, please still contact us at support@thetechyard.com. We’ll do our best to assist and advise on next steps.

Refund & Return Criteria:
To be eligible for a refund or return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in mint condition.
  • Products must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Any return requests are subject to approval and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • Shipping and platform fees (including the 1% processing fee) are non-refundable.
  • TECHYARD reserves the right to decline or reject refund requests depending on the condition of the item and other relevant circumstances.
